The Unblu concierge is a built-in bot. It can be configured to automate common interactions in the onboarding, reboarding, and offboarding phases of a typical conversation.
The flow of messages the concierge sends is configured by choosing from a set of predefined actions and putting them in the order that best suits your organization’s requirements. You can define different flows for visitors and agents.
